COVID-19 has created a challenging, unsettling time for everyone. We’ve had a lot of great feedback on the support options currently available.
Please note that in order to re-upgrade a listing for an extra 90 days, you’ll need to request this via your Account Manager within the last 21 days of your current campaign. The re-upgrade is not something that is provided automatically.
As a reminder, the following support measures are available to you:
Customers holding a Standard, Access, Diamond or Flexi-Premium realcommercial.com.au subscription will receive a 50% discount* on their subscription costs from 1 April 2020 to 31 July 2020
Any new commercial listing published on site from 1 March to 30 June 2020 that needs additional time to sell or lease due to COVID-19, will be eligible for a re-upgrade to the same tier for 90 days at no charge#
Any new commercial listing published on site from 1 March to 30 June 2020 that needs to be withdrawn due to COVID-19, will be eligible to be relisted by the same agency at no charge when relisted within 180 days of removal.^
