Support for your business

COVID-19 has created a challenging, unsettling time for everyone. We’ve had a lot of great feedback on the support options currently available.

Please note that in order to re-upgrade a listing for an extra 90 days, you’ll need to request this via our Help Centre within the last 21 days of your current campaign. The re-upgrade is not something that is provided automatically.

As a reminder, the following support measures are available to you:

Any new commercial listing published on site from 1 June in NSW and 1 July in VIC that needs additional time to sell or lease due to COVID-19, will be eligible for a re-upgrade to the same tier for 90 days at no charge#

Any new commercial listing published on site from 1 June in NSW and 1 July in VIC that needs to be withdrawn due to COVID-19, will be eligible to be relisted by the same agency at no charge when relisted within 180 days of removal.^

Conditions apply, please contact your Account Manager to discuss your requirements directly. #Applicable to 90, 180 and 365 day listing upgrades. 30 day upgrades will receive a 30 day re-upgrade. ^The property will be relisted for the full duration of the original contract, unless where 80% or more of the original duration was used on the listing, and in that instance, the property will be relisted with the remaining duration only.
