I'm currently on a Flexi subscription how do I get Pro?

Please get in touch with your Account Representative and they will be able to help set you up with a new Pro subscription. 

What permissions in Ignite do I need for Pro?

To ensure your agency is maximising all the features of Pro there are several different permission types people in your agency may need.

  1. Team Manager Permission- this permission can allocate agency leads, assign permissions to other users, invite users to Ignite
  2. Agency Insights Permission-this permission will give users access to the Enhanced Seller Lead reporting features of Pro for the agency 
  3. Purchasing Permission *new*- this permission will give users the ability to choose which agents receive an elevated Agent Profile through the discounted Agent Elevate available in a Pro subscription 
  4. Basic Permissions-every user on Ignite has access to basic permissions which allows them to access CMA, Seller Leads in Ignite and basic campaign reporting on their properties 
How do I view my Seller Leads?

Seller Leads appraisal requests are sent to the first email address added to an Agent Profile. We also send an SMS to the agent's mobile phone number in their profile. Your Seller Leads are also available in Ignite and in your CRM if you have the Leads API set up.

How do I find Seller Leads Reporting?

You can now find your Seller Leads Reporting for your Agency in Ignite if you have 'Agency Insights' permissions. To find your report simply click on the 'Insight' button in the left hand navigational bar and click on 'leads insights'.

What is Seller Lead Enrichment?

Seller Lead Enrichment is a key feature of the Pro subscription which provides additional insights on Seller Leads including a seller propensity score, a seller readiness indicator and providing insights into your buyer enquiries highlighting which of these vendors are also in the market to sell. 

How do I create a digital report in CMA?

To create a digital report simply log into Ignite and click on the 'Prospecting' tab on the left-hand screen. Type in the address of the property you are appraising and click on the comparables button at the top of the screen.
