How to optimise your campaigns

Image optimisation

Your Premiere+ listing includes an automatic round of image optimisation (day 14 for Buy listings and day 10 for Rent listings) that re-orders your photos based on consumer engagement. A second manual round of image optimisation is also available that can be scheduled at a time that suits you. Consider when this may be most beneficial for your campaign, such as before an inspection or auction, or to stimulate more interest in your listing if needed.

Listing strength check

Review your listing strength score as soon as it’s available, usually on day 3 of your campaign, to ensure you aren’t missing important information that property seekers may be looking for. Remember, the higher your score, the more engagement your listing will receive.  You can also compare the scores and performance data of similar listings to yours with competition insights.

Listing strength checks can also be used for training staff or setting a benchmark for the quality and completeness of the listings at your agency.

Property feature suggestions

Get ahead of the competition by including unique property features that buyers are commonly searching for. Look out for your ‘Most unique’ feature and ensure its displayed on your listing as a property feature and included within the description to stand out amongst similar listings.  

Postcode reporting (July 2024)

Search for your listing’s postcode to see where potential buyers are coming from, then consider targeting the top postcodes to get the best exposure for your property. You may like to use this tool when speaking to vendors about how you’ll market their property and get them the best result. 

Potential buyers or renters

Use potential buyer and renter insights when pitching to new vendors to demonstrate how much demand there could be for their property and provide reassurance to hesitant sellers. 

Similar properties

Comparisons to similar properties provide insight into how much competition there may be for your property which can help set expectations with vendors and guide marketing activity.  

Price comparison

Comparing your property against the median price of similar properties can assist with setting price expectations for vendors at the start of a campaign and may assist with pricing adjustments throughout the campaign if needed. 

Unique attributes

Similar to property feature suggestions, unique attributes can be used to help your listing stand out against the competition, as few similar properties have the same feature listed. An expanded list can be found under Property feature suggestion nested within the Listing Strength Check tab.
