Our latest innovation for Builder customers comes in the form of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) feature on Builder Profiles. Based on research into popular search terms buyers are using, we have created a group of FAQs that will appear in your Builder Profile and be used by Google to help drive traffic through to your business’ profile page on realestate.com.au.
How does it work?
- The FAQ feature will surface information you’ve already provided on your Builder Profile in a new and easy to digest format, helping buyers discover your business and enquire
- If you have not supplied content within your profile that answers a particular FAQ, that question will simply not appear
- To ensure the most relevant FAQs appear for your business, keep your Builder Profile information complete, comprehensive and up-to-date via Agent Admin
What questions are buyers asking?
Consider if your Builder Profile includes this key information to drive buyers to your Builder Profile:
- Price Range – list pricing information for all configurations and home designs
- Volume – include the number of homes built per year
Speciality – ensure you convey key categories such a custom building, knock down rebuild, luxury builds - Display Centre – make sure buyers can visit in person by including the address of your display centres
- Home designs – you can include an unlimited number of home designs on your Builder Profile
- House & Land packages – listing all of your house and land packages will help buyers establish exactly what is available
